DooDooDone

Terms of use

Last updated:

These terms are the agreement between you and us for using the DooDooDone app and service. Please read them together with our privacy policy. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

DooDooDone is run by Chanchal Raj, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). Contact: support@doodoodone.com.

2. What DooDooDone is

DooDooDone helps parents encourage everyday habits in young children with points ("stars") and rewards the family chooses. Parents manage everything in parent mode. Children use child mode, a picture-based screen on a parent's phone or on a child device a parent has paired. The app needs an internet connection.

DooDooDone is a family tool, not medical, psychological or educational advice. You decide what is right for your child.

3. Your account

4. Families and other parents

5. Points and rewards

Points are a way for your family to count good habits. They have no money value, can't be bought, sold or exchanged and can't be turned into anything outside your family. Rewards are promises made by parents to their children; we don't provide or deliver them.

6. What you add to the app

You keep all rights to what you type into DooDooDone (names, habits, rewards, notes). You allow us to store and show it to the members and devices of your family only as needed to run the service. Please don't add anything unlawful, hurtful or more personal than needed, and don't use a child's full name.

7. Acceptable use

Please don't:

8. Price

DooDooDone is currently free and has no ads and no in-app purchases. If we ever introduce paid features, we will tell you clearly before you pay for anything, and these terms will be updated.

9. Availability and changes to the app

We work to keep DooDooDone available and your data safe, and we back it up every day. But the service may sometimes be interrupted, for example for maintenance or because of problems outside our control, and we may change, add or remove features. If we ever stop the service completely, we will tell you in advance where we can and give you time to save what you need.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using DooDooDone at any time and delete your account or your family in the app (see the privacy policy). We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms or puts children or the service at risk. Where reasonable we will warn you first and tell you why.

11. Responsibility

We provide DooDooDone with reasonable care and skill. Beyond that, and as far as the law allows, the service is provided "as is", and we are not responsible for indirect losses or for losses caused by things outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, for example for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your rights as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

12. App stores

If you got DooDooDone from the Apple App Store or Google Play, their terms also apply to the download. These terms are between you and us, not Apple or Google. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app or for support. If you got the app from the App Store, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when the app changes or the law requires it. We update the date at the top, and for important changes we tell you in the app or by email before they apply. If you don't agree with new terms, you can delete your account.

14. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim there. Please contact us first at support@doodoodone.com; most problems can be solved quickly.
